HOW DO I GET AN SIA LICENSE?
If you are paying for your own SIA license and it is not funded by your employer or via any other scheme follow the instructions on the link below from the SIA website:
Please note: You MUST hold a valid SIA license to work as a security officer in order to ensure strict standards are met. Your SIA License is valid for 3 years, so you must renew your license after this time.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
For your security, we advise you to follow a traceable method of payment such as Debit Card, Credit cards etc.
Currently we accept PayPal, Faster Payments (Bank transfer) and will be accepting all major Visa, Debit Card and Credit Cards in the near future.
Please note: for all payments you will be issued with a valid invoice as proof of payment for yourself and for us and please ensure you provide this, along with valid ID e.g. Passport, Driver's Licence as we will need this during the duration of the course

WHAT EXPERIENCE DOES YOUR TEAM HAVE?
World Security Group prides ourselves in being an inclusive group of individuals that will provide exceptional support to all members of the group and to do this, we have taken on board experienced, passionate and personable team to support you.
Please note: all employees are fully vetted with their relevant qualifications, experience, clean and recent DBS, SIA licences must be valid and checked monthly and based upon satisfactory references and checks.
Our team is made up of our front line staff including security officers, trainers and customer care team who are those who provide direct support to you.
Our security officers are fully trained to SIA requirements and complete regular training especially in updates in regulations. Many of our officers have been on the front-line for 15+ years helping to secure important sites and will provide you with the security you need .
Our customer care team is educated to degree level and all have vast experience in customer care and support in busy environments including for stock market organisations to providing customer support for small independent businesses throughout London.
Our trainers are fundamental in providing you with the excellent support and we and sought out personable, qualified and professional trainers that will be able to answer all of your questions or concerns with your training.

We will have discussion about your needs and how we can support you and we require our security service clients to sign our service agreement and to confirm they agree to our Terms and Conditions.
We accept group bookings and will do our best to cater the best we can for each group. Group bookings will be dependent on availability of the courses. For bookings of 6+ people, we will arrange a course around the group but we will require a deposit. Groups will be expected to bring their identification and 2x proof of address and pass our functional English assessment, failure to pass will mean you can not attend the course.
World Security Group are proud to be accredited by Highfield Qualifications (HABC), the BIIAB and we are an associate member of the National Association of Security Dog Users (NASDU) in order to provde the best possible services to both our learners and our clients. We will be more than happy to provide any proof of our accreditation's and certifications.
Terms and conditions are provided before and after booking on our booking page and in your confirmation email. However in cases where you cannot attend due to an emergency, we will look at all cases individually based on refunds of services. If WSG rearrange your course, please note that there will be no refund provided.
