Our 24-hour control centre will notify the response officer when an alarm is triggered. We aim to be on the site within 30 minutes and our response officers remain on site until a full alarm reset has taken place and any boarding up required has been completed and the property is secure. Detailed reports and photos of any damage are all part of the service.
